Perfect autumn food. &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3626896</link><pubDate>Fri, 02 Oct 2009 23:41:49 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:Gorgeous pea soup recipe (RedHotF)</title><description>  Hmm sounds lush.. &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3626886</link><pubDate>Fri, 02 Oct 2009 23:35:03 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Gorgeous pea soup recipe (ian1969uk)</title><description>  Just made this for lunch, it was so nice thought I'd post it here. it's not my recipe, it's from a book I have, but it seems good from a nutrition perspective for people on here. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Makes two portions. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Ingredients: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1 tbsp olive oil &lt;br&gt;  1 small onion, roughly chopped &lt;br&gt;  1 red chilli, seeded and roughly chopped &lt;br&gt;  1 garlic clove, roughly chopped &lt;br&gt;  1 tsp cumin seeds &lt;br&gt;  500g bag frozen garden peas &lt;br&gt;  600ml chicken stock &lt;br&gt;  2 slices parma ham &lt;br&gt;  2 tbsp half fat creme fraiche &lt;br&gt;  Half a lemon &lt;br&gt;  Salt and pepper &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Method: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Heat olive oil in large saucepan, fry onion, garlic and chilli for 4 minutes. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Add cumin seeds and fry for a further minute. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Add the peas and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Puree with a hand blender or in a blender. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Add juice of half a lemon, creme fraiche and season to taste with salt and pepper. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Heat a non stick frying pan and cook the parma ham for 30 seconds each side. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Ladle the soup into a bowl and break over the crispy ham. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Nutritional breakdown: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Calories 272 &lt;br&gt;  Protein 21g &lt;br&gt;  Carbohydrate 29g &lt;br&gt;  Fat 9g &lt;br&gt;  Saturated fat 2g &lt;br&gt;  Fibre 13g &lt;br&gt;  Added sugars 0 &lt;br&gt;  Salt 1.75g &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Try it, it's really nice! &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3626025</link><pubDate>Fri, 02 Oct 2009 13:24:02 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
