Do women only have to use certain ones and what can you achieve? Sorry Im in training, but quite old at 52

i'm no expert but i think deca is the best for women for gains/sides at low doses

as a test cycle you'll end up looking like a man

bmc, I was in the physique.

My real name is Dawn, the lady who came second is called Helen (2nd from right), 3rd is Ann (2nd from left)and 4th is Layla (first on right)

I've never known the BNBF have dodgy judging and if anything there are 2 places that I personally thought might have been the other way round BUT I can understand why they were possibly the way they were. I can't say more than that as I was not sat at the judging table and didn't really look at the other girls, my comments there are based on what others had been telling me. Perhaps you should suggest that they buy the DVD and watch that and maybe even ask for the score sheets to see where they lost out.
