Could i improve it? (ItsNOTlikeTHAT)

What exercises, and how many sets and reps do you do for each body part mate?

2 Things, if your goal is to get bigger, i.e bulk then focus on that. Getting "toned" is a non existent word in training. AS your muscles get bigger and harden you will see more seperation between groups. Once you have had a decent bulk adding some solid muslce, all through out winter would be a decent time scale, then focus on losing the extra fat, which you always gain with a bulk, and focusing on getting your six pack stomach.

Re:rate my routine! Strength isnt so much a issue.

At the minute i am liturally doing two sets on my abs of 20 standard sit ups (legs flat). These are however on a inclined bench of about 40 degrees. It burns!.

Do you think i should be doing less reps but use a wighted ball?

Im a serious nub and any advice on getting my workout perfected would be greatly appreciated!

Re:rate my routine! Do u use weights? or a ball? a matt? all of the above?

Re:rate my routine! Could i improve it? (will_biker)

  Hi,

I am hoping that this routine is going to help me gain! i am hoping that this routine spaces each muscle group out enough for each group to recover. What do you think?

Monday - Back, Bicepts and abs
Wednesday - Chest and Tricepts
Friday - Shoulders, legs and abs
Sunday - Swimming Breast stroke & front crawl (as my cardio day)

Am i leaving each group long enough to recover? Could i improve this to benefit more?

Cheers
