(speydream)</title><description>  &lt;a href="http://www.itv.com/lifestyle/thismorning/food/beefandblackbeanstirfry/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.itv.com/life...beefandblackbeanstirfry/&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;b&gt;Ken Hom: A great traditional Chinese dish of beef and black bean stir fry.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  200g fillet steak &lt;br&gt;  50g of green and red peppers &lt;br&gt;  25g rapeseed oil &lt;br&gt;  10g ginger &lt;br&gt;  10g garlic  &lt;br&gt;  5g orange zest &lt;br&gt;  5g chilli &lt;br&gt;  20g blackbeans &lt;br&gt;  25g spring onions &lt;br&gt;  50g diced onion &lt;br&gt;  35g oyster sauce &lt;br&gt;  30g chu hou &lt;br&gt;  15g chicken stock &lt;br&gt;  5g sugar &lt;br&gt;  235g water &lt;br&gt;  10g cornflour &lt;br&gt;  20g sesame &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Preparation&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  1. Finely chop and quickly stir fry the fillet steak, set aside &lt;br&gt;  2. Heat vegetable oil in wok, add ginger and garlic and fry over a high heat until starts to become golden and toasty &lt;br&gt;  3. Add the orange peel to wok and fry until it releases citrus notes &lt;br&gt;  4. Then fry chilli, black beans and spring onions, for 20 seconds &lt;br&gt;  5. Add the chopped onions and fry lightly to retain bite &lt;br&gt;  6. Add the 2 paste chu hou sauce, oyster sauce, water, sugar and chicken stock &lt;br&gt;  7. Add the chopped green peppers and fillet steak &lt;br&gt;  8.
