(ian1969uk)</title><description>  250 ml pineapple juice &lt;br&gt;  250 ml low fat natural youghurt &lt;br&gt;  2 teaspoons canderel &lt;br&gt;  160g frozen summer fruits &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Blitz together in a blender until smooth. Run it through a sieve if you want rid of the seeds and serve. Lovely, and about 125 calories per glass.
