You don;t waste time with lat extensions etc, it's pulls, presses, deads, squats and unilateral work as well as oly/power movements &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Also, it's worth mentioning that the above is in the context of support from massage therapists and people like myself checking the other factors.
