Then do some low intensity cardio or a short bout of hiit bag work on sunday.&amp;nbsp;    &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Split your cardio and resistance training up. Weights in the evening, cardio in the morning. Rest is so important for growth.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt; Your doing too much. Just chill abit.
