You have to reduce you bodyfat all over your body in order to reduce this significantly, just hammering the bodypart won;t work why? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Your fat stores are to a certain extent mobile, hormones/tissues control where they are laid down so the fat will always 'move back' there.
