(Icemansoldier)

Yeah too much green tea due to the caffeine content wouldnt be great. Them MP ones are strong so 2 a day is sensible. Might invest in some the next time i cut.
Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle? (Liam86)

And also to add, it did over the course of a few months help with reducing fat, mostly around more noticable areas such as the stomach, legs etc.
Its nothing amazing tho, and as TIO said, cardio and diet is much more helpfull.
Ive noticed, just upon redoing and altering my diet plan slightly,(alot less carbs, more greens/veg and a protein shake an hour before workout) ive lost a bit of weight but got bigger and leaner at the same time
Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle? Were you taking green tea tablets/caps? Becasue they contain a high amount of green tea and would be more effective i would imagine and cheaper.

Eph and caffeine is a killer stack. I prefer to just use eph as i like to use caffeine for when i need a kick.

Is ECA basically ephadrine or diffrent? I remember hearing about grenade before, just dint wanna spend lodsa money on fat burners and such at the time, so just went down the herbal route.I was using CLA and green tea caps m8, quite strong, if i had too many would get hot flushes and stomach problems lol
Ive tryed the actual green tea before, is ok but im not much of a hot drink person so stuck withe the caps for a good 3/4 months.

Thanks for the info m8

Ace post by noname and he provides a great link. Were you using MP's green tea, if so which one and what dose daily? Caps are better as you need a good 5 cups and even that only burns 70/80cals not worth drinking five cups for that but it also has other properties which are included in the link, so i would opt for caps next time. Do you know how the green tea has helped, you didnt cut for 3/4 months did you lol, you use them on a bulk?

Ive used both MP and Zipvits version m8, think the zipvit version was slightly stronger, or atleast felt it working faster..Must say it did aid with energy release throughout the days, didnt feel as lethargic and so on..however that being said, despite it working, it does supress the appertite, in such a way, if i did say have a chicken sandwich, full of celery and so on, id literally feel full for hours ( i know thats a good thing but sametime like going into me workout feeling emptry if that makes sense, seem to get a better workout that way)
Ive tryed CLA also, but id recomend the green tea, just make sure you dont overdo it, or overdose, as can play murder with ya digestion lol
I think i was averaging 2 pills a day, 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch, i think as its caffeine style product.
Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle? (Icemansoldier)

The only reason i use it is for its appetite supressing properties, if it didnt do that i dont think i would be using it at all, as ive read it increases metabolism by 2/3% which isnt much at all, might as well do cardio and save your cash even though its not that expensive anyway.
Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle? (theiopener)

I wouldnt bother with TTA for the reason that it messes with Omega 3 fatty acid metabolism.

Its expensive in powder and doesnt do much.

ECA, good appetite suppressant but does not hold onto muscle on its own. Quite a few nasty sides to it. Plus the fact that EPH HCL is banned in the UK now, so you wont be getting pute eph.

Ive used 98% Green Tea Extract at 1g per day for 3 months, did naff all.

You want to strip fat?

HIIT cardio, train your body as a whole and get a half decent diet. Ill bet pounds to pennies it falls off of you.
Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle? It can be a small aid when all other factors such as diet, cardio, etc.. are in place, but they really do come first and foremost.

Re:Is ECA still the best fat burner whilst not burning muscle?
