(Skullcrusher)</title><description>  &lt;b&gt;PCT DAY 19 &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      &lt;/b&gt;Pct has gone well up to now, increasing strength where I can and diet has been pretty good too, so I'm still sticking around the same weight 14.10 stone. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      One thing that&amp;nbsp;I have done is changed squats to ass to grass squats.
