Cutting carbs was easy enough but it took me a while to cut back on the protein - I tended to replace the carbs by protein and a little extra fat. Use of a keto stix may help you, I'm usually in above the 0.8g/L category.
Protein shakes are made with water and/or single/double cream and water.
My main ingredients are meat, eggs, cheese with broccoli, sprouts and cauliflower for veg.
I'm doing more cardio, usually at least 30 minutes (130-140ish bpm) per gym session.
You'll also need a calorie deficit.
Perhaps now someone else will reply and debunk my suggestions :)

Re:KETO DIET ADVISE PLEASE (disco500)

 Thanks,

Im only looking at KETO because my friend looked pretty good but im open to any suggestions, after watching the british finals last week got a bit of a bug to cut up
Re:KETO DIET ADVISE PLEASE (James)

Not a fan of Keto dieting myself for the main, but I'll bump this for the others who are!
KETO DIET ADVISE PLEASE (disco500)

 Hi all,

Im after some advise on keto dieting, my friend currently done 8 weeks on it and had some great results,

Im currently 16 stone im not sure on my bf but lets say im far from a 6 pack and my current diet is the following,

6.00am oats 100gram & 15ml of maple syrup, 84g carbs 32g protein, 8g fat

8.00am protein shake (40g protein, 45g carbs, 4g fat)

10.00am jordans county crisp 100g+ 200g yogurt(low fat) 86g carbs 15g protein 33g fat

12.00pm protein shake and rice cake and peanut butter(51g protein, 45g carbs, 11g fat)

14.00pm Tuna in sunflower oil, 25g protein, 0g carbs, 10.8g fat

16.00pm protein shake and rice cake and peanut butter(51g protein, 45 carbs, 11g fat)

18.00pm 2 whole eggs with 6 eggs whites, 3 slices of turkey bacon 1g carbs, 60g protein(approx) 23g fat

Train

20.00pm protein shake, 40g protein,45g carbs, 4g fat

22.00pm white fish 100g and brocilli 100g, 20g protein, 0g fat, 1g carb

14.00pm 18.00pm and 22.00pm changes from either

200g chicken, 100g brocilli
250g cottage cheese
200g mince turkey 100g brocilli

I train heavy weights 4 times a week and have 1 cardio sesh on sunday HI for 30 mins, I know im gonna have to up my exercise and im happy to change my diet completley any help would be most helpful.
If you require any more info please let me know

cheers
