(Skullcrusher)

LOL @ Rokkus :-D But a balding ginger is even worse ;-p (joke)

I think ppl do get paranoid esp on cycle, but at the end of the day, MPB (Male Patterned Baldness) is only going to be a problem if you're already pre-dispositioned to it, and even then it might not increase at all.

If you're not prone to it, then you have no need to stress.

Look at Jay Cutlers barnet, and arnie still has a great head of hair. And I bet they've took a lot more than a few DS cycles.

So the question is, are you a Ronnie or an Arnie??

Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? Pulling a few hairs out your head when brushing or running your hands through your hair could be slight paranoia - But when a DS is shedding your hair i.e hundreds of hairs in the bath every other day that is real hairloss and not paranoia!!

Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? (Skullcrusher)

I don't know if anyone else has tried it, but I use DS Laboratories Thickening and regrowth shampoo. Have used this for about 8 months now, and similar to some other products mentioned, this too lowers the levels of DHT in the scalp.

It has not regrown any hair back (I am only receeding a little on the temples and thinning slightly on top) but it certainly seems to have halted the problem and that is good enough for me.

I will look into the procerin though, esp as it is a herbal product.

Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? (PredatorNutrition)

From speaking to people who have used this (10+ people) that is what most people say until they discontinue the products. Then I have heard most who stop after ceasing use reporting:

Increased Libido
A clearer mind
More aggressive traits
Better orgasms

These were remarked to me by several who said the effects woudl rise gradually after ceasing use (bear in mind most had used continuously for several years which is not comparable to on cycle use).
Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? My hair is gradually thinning, propecia just assists against an increased rate of loss when on a (testosterone) cycle.
Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? The effects are insidious and by the time the side effects are noted it is usually too late to totally reverse (based on feedback from people who have used this).
Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? So it could be argued that the androgens are to blame for the shedding.
Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? I'll look into the shampoo tomorrow, maybe the procerin later.

So do you guys think it might be from the Hdrol+3-AD cycle which ended a month ago? The Epi cycle which must be 4-5 months ago? Worrying if things that long in the past can affect the hair.
Is it not odd that I didnt experience this while actually on either of the 6 week cycles?

Either way its all made me a bit paranoid so Ive stopped taking the St Johns Wort, so im not taking anything for anything at the moment.
Re:when does cycle hairloss happen? (PredatorNutrition)

It could just be the case that you were set up for hair loss on your first cycle and you had a shedding episode which you linked to the epi. Hair science is very complex really and not something you can necessarily pinpoint to daily or weekly changes in lifestyle.

Either way, I would urge you to take remedial action as soon as you can if the hair loss is a concern.
