A base product for this would be Propecia, or, if especially concerned, Avodart.

I do not recommend them if maximum muscle mass is a goal though as you will lose the strength building effects of DHT mediated via its strong CNS effects, plus its anti-estrogenic and fat burning benefits.

Reversing hair loss is very very tricky. Many patients on finasteride or duasteride experience an increased amount of shedding in the first few weeks; after which, things get better. So using these drugs wouldn't really be the safest bet for short-term cycles, IMO

Re:H-drol for 4 weeks? (Jiffy)

h-drol is pretty mild in terms of side effects - I know everyone will be different but in my experience all i experienced was a bit of back pumps towards the end if the cycle and a bit of water retention around the cheeks, chin area.

Excellent results with muscle gain though.

I also think tamoxifen is an overkill on this as it is anti-estrogenic, perhaps a test booster such as diesel test would help but I reckon your body sorts itself out soon enough anyway.
Re:H-drol for 4 weeks? Without talking costs pharma raloxifene is a no-brainer compared to ots.
Re:H-drol for 4 weeks? (Daari)

Many people in the US also recommend h-drol be ran for more than 4 weeks. I have read countless threads stating so.

H-drol is a compound that kicks in rather late, so it's not particularily suited to a short cycle (despite the original halodrol only being a 30 day cycle). If you're after a shorter cycle, then i'd consider another compound: one that 'kicks' in a little quicker such as SD or PP, IMO

Re:H-drol for 4 weeks? I think long cycles are unneceassary and, given the longer recovery period and risk of side effects, counter-productive.
Re:H-drol for 4 weeks? (Skullcrusher)

The reason why ppl tend yo run Hdrol for longer cycles is because is a lot milder than things like SD, and it takes longer to "kick in".

That's not to say that you can't run Hdrol for 4 weeks though, but to be honest mate, if you're looking at a short cycle, you would be better of running something like Superdrol IMO, esp if you're mass building and want strength gains too. Plus you could just run that for 3 weeks @ 20mg.

Ultimately though, and as Condor also said, it is completely up to you.
