(Icemansoldier)</title><description>  Omega intake depends on how much of fat your getting in your diet, i just take 3/4 daily. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Beta alanine at about 4g daily, 2 separate dosages. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Arginine 4/5/6g pre wo sounds more like it. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Glutamine - 15g daily sounds fine. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Taurine - no need for 5g, 3/4g would be fine. (ric28)</title><description>  alright guys i decided not to be lazy and do some researching, can someone check when i have come up with and see if it looks good cheers. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  omega 3 caps, take 2 with breakfast and 2 before bed ??? not 100 % on this. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  beta alanine, take 2 g pre and post workout in with shakes &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  arginine, take 1 g preworkout with shake &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  glutamine, take 5 g pre and post workout with shake, and 5 g before bed on empty stomach, as with shakes, on empty stomach, or as empty as it gets which isnt that empty tbh. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  taurine, take 5 g daily,&amp;nbsp; not sure when tho. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  cheers guys &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3659097</link><pubDate>Sat, 24 Oct 2009 09:29:03 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>doses of various supps. ?
