(loudmouth)</title><description>  Rather than coming up with an in-efficient split why not chose a pre-existing routine from either push/pull/legs or Bill Starrs 5x5? (cossie*mad)</title><description>  I train 5*5&amp;nbsp;push / pull / legs&amp;nbsp;but find the mon/wed/fri split not enough time for recovery between training days...so i take two days off between these big lifting days,  &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      however i would like to workout more often. Biceps and&amp;nbsp;abs are my weak points. What are your opinions on this split; it is wierd because the order changes from week to week as i only train the compound 5*5 ecercise once every three days, but i thought as biceps/abs can be trained more regularly this would work?
