I have no intention of eating chicken at 8:00am lol, my breakfast meal is fine as it is, oats, quark, whey, banana, casein.

It's pwo that time is short.
Re:Disgusting food (minidorian)

Sleep is the time the body grows/recovers etc...so why jeopardise that just to eat a chicken breast whole? NR is having the best of both worlds: full amount of sleep he feel he needs and a meal (the blended chicken later), without compromising on either. done.

Re:Disgusting food (Slok1.0)

Jack Flash

Valid points raised on both sides.

A lot of people can't eat large quantities of food time after time. Either they don't have the stomach for it, or they don't have the time. I totally understand that.

I personally have never blended food like NR, but if that's what it takes, then that's what it takes.
NR is a family man, fair play to you fella.. balancing training and family life is no easy task.
Luckily, my wife is fairly undertanding of my training. Well.... FAIRLY. So im lucky not to be rushed here and there 24/7, guaranteed there are jobs that need doing regularly. The training may have to take a backseat soon tho when I start working 45 hrs/week....

working a 45 hour week is no reason to quit on your training or become less commited! its easy to fit things like work in around the more important stuff...like training, plenty of people do it!
I work a standard 40 hour week plus atleast 10 hours of overtime (thats choice though, not mandatory) still have loads of time for training, that said I'm single and the gym is just across the road from my work place which does help a great deal.
Re:Disgusting food (man alive)

I have and still do mix tuna in apple juice and neck the lot, it goes down easy as long as i dint catch a wiff of it first!!!

I only really have to do this at the beginning of a cycle and im running orals which knacker my appetite.

As for those teeth mate another year and you can kiss those bad lads good by!
