(GT_PT)

I dont see the point in doing one bicep and three tricep exercises. I would take out the machine pushdown and bring in ez bar or alternating db curls and a tri pressdown

Also there's nothing hitting the traps which is a big muscle, and could prob bring in a lat specific exericise, i know your doing undergrip pulldowns but its more bicep and rhomboids! i.e. wide heaves and superset it with shrugs, or even superset the shrugs with deadlifts?

Also throw in some lower back work apart from deads when your doing your ab work so its a little more core specific.

Just my thoughts, other than that good routine mate.

GT

Re:NEED HELP ON H.I.T.
