I remember coming here nearly 4 years ago and getting a kick up the arse r/e diet/training and everything else which kicked me into gear. But it wasn't until IB extended an offer of a training session last year, or when Iaink came down for a few sessions with IB and I that i realised how open and forthcoming everyone is with weightlifting to get out and enjoy themselves with one another. <br> <br> I think it's a shame how some of the arguments spiral out of control sometimes though. I can generally keep up with it in the football threads because it goes round in circles but if another thread starts to heat up i tend to lose interest in it and won't read it any more of it other than the locked message!
