(ItsNOTlikeTHAT)</title><description>  Hi mate. &amp;nbsp;I am sure you have done no damage. &amp;nbsp;It is a simple case of too much too soon. &amp;nbsp;YOU need to start gradually, building your way up to more reps and sets. &amp;nbsp;The first couple of weeks should really be nothing more than light exercises to get your body use to the beating. &amp;nbsp; DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will last a few days. &amp;nbsp; Some stretching and a long warm bath might help a bit, bit remember to take it slow. </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3668811</link><pubDate>Fri, 30 Oct 2009 22:28:04 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>muscle aching?
