Not hardcore but if you are into your bars/free weights then its good! The machined weights there are pretty good too.
Re:Gym In Bristol (Rusev)

i worked and trained at the Empire used to be 1 pound a week guys could train 4 days a week. I'm doing voluntary work for a year and as such am skint, so I need a cheap but good gym. I'm also in Highbury Vaults area and would prefer to walk if poss.

LA fitness is close enough, only just over a mile, but can anyone tell me prices (and if it really is that unsafe to walk through easton). Fitness4less is another poss as it is £15pm but I've heard not so good reports.

I dont mind driving but cant afford fitness first and 11 mile round trip.

Ohh, I only went to FF cos it was cheapest in yorkshire where I was based, I'm not a chavvy lifter/poser. I take lifting seriously(the small weight I can manage anyway ;-))

Cheers,

Dave
