I remember the first time I sarted to use a punch bag I kept spliting my knuckles and I had blood splatters all over it lol!!!  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      I was young and thought it was cool............ I felt I could have done more to be honest but time was pressing. Looking to do some decent HIIT again tomorrow.
