(Dave284)

Im **** at shoulder pressing. Think ive done like 70 x 5 standing but ive benched 140. Depends on the person and their technique/proportions.

Re:Strength of different muscles? (deadfish)

 Hi guys,

I noticed that I shoulder press almost as much as I bench press... I was wondering what a normal ratio would be.

for example at max I can

bench 42kg dumbells for 8 reps

shoulder press 35kg for 8 reps

biceps curls 20kg for 8 reps

I guess everyone will find that different muscles grow faster than others... just curious what kind of ratios other people had.
