(BGDVE)

Thanks, I'm considering putting a day purely for cardio in my routine and cutting the calories. Hopefully this shouldnt affect the weights side too much!

Re:Help me! (naththebeast)

so to get this right youre looking to cut?

If so then the main thing really is to up your cardio work, look at eating 500 calories under maintenance calories a day so if to keep your weight stagnant you needed 3500 cals then go to about 3000cals, whilst keeping protein high and a moderate amount of carbs and fats whilst cutting.

Keep weight training in there of course as youre obvioulsy getting that sorted if you can bench 150kg (good work btw)
Help me! (BGDVE)

 Hi there

I'm new to the site and am looking for some help. Have recently achieved my new years resolution to bench 150 kg. Am pleased with myself but have decided begining January want to try and shed a few and shred up a bit. I'm currently 6' 240 lbs, I'd be reasonably cut at 215 - 220 pounds but want to achieve this without losing my bench. Need a bit of expert advice please?!!!
