(Drew Price)</title><description>  The more you drink the more it matters of course and your &lt;u&gt;whole diet counts&lt;/u&gt;: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1) Drink the best quality you can afford regardless of skimmed, semi or full fat.  &lt;br&gt;  2) If using full fat use use un homog'd milk. &lt;br&gt;  3)&amp;nbsp; If you want to reduce sugar intake use un homogenized full fat and use a lot less. &lt;br&gt;  4) If fat intake is an issue then use skimmed. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Clear as mud? Good! &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I lecture on food processing at university.
