Still hovering at the 80-81kg mark, which is up about 5kg.  &lt;br&gt;  2 and a half weeks now &lt;br&gt;  aiming to finish at 85kg hopefully &lt;br&gt;  no side so far other than quite a bit more acne and bacne. checking nips loads lol &lt;br&gt;  one more thing, last weekend i was very stupid and had a few drinks. problem was that my mates have seen me getting bigger and some are in the know about steds and stuff and are suspecting i am using lol. couldn't then exactly go out with mates and not drink at all!  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Lastly, i'm having to buy new trousers due to my rapidly expanding waistline. i started at literally 32" waist, now i'm 34-35. i've not put on hardly any fat though! &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;a couple of days ago at work the button on my waistband which holds my trousers up on my suit trousers popped off haha.  &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3698579</link><pubDate>Sat, 21 Nov 2009 23:32:59 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:Dbol only cycle help (dvdman69)</title><description>  My Gains where at the 3rd week and onwards, you will gain massively in the last week, but for me thats when i feal real bad, training was the only way to shake the feeling. Depending on your PCT, your gains will drop slightly due to water loss then start to go up again. Water intake around 6ltrs a day, train hard and sleep well.
