Going potentially catabolic while you are just recovering from infection is not ideal.

Re:Advice on Dieting when using T3 - Thanks (davidacarrick)

Sorry forgot to ask, does anyone know if its safe to take T3 with the end of a penicillin course?

Advice on Dieting when using T3 - Thanks (davidacarrick)

I ahve used T3 before but i am going to be starting another cycle again soon for 8 weeks as Wrongun suggests. My training at the moment consists mainly of running, swimming and one day a week cirucit training. I am not overly bothered about keeping muscle mass etc as currently dont have a great deal, more into fitness training etc. I previously did a 500 calorie deficit diet however I was wondering what to do this time:-

1.) Maintenance Calories - 60% Carbs, 25% Protein and 15% Fat
2.) 500 Calorie Deficit - 60% Carbs, 25% Protein and 15% Fat

Do I need to increase any specific macronutrients i.e. carbs etc? I have read T3 can take some muscle mass I know some people will suggest higher protein intake but currentl doing 10 Mile+ runs so prefer carb intake.

Thankyou
