I have a mate who's mainly into MMA/crossfit type training and he swears by these. He can bench 140kg and he said starting doing bodyweight exercises on the rings made him realise how weak he actually was! I shudder to think how weak I really am then if that's the case, haha.

Have you tried any other stuff with them, like skin the cats or L-sits?
Dips Rings (bell559)

Finally got my gymnastic rings delivered.. strapped them onto a beam in my garage.
Ive added dips on the rings to my routine instead of normal dips and oh my god, these are hard!

Im shaking all over the place trying to stabilise myself whilst dipping down and its great. Very glad i got these, seems to use my chest alot in these more than i normally feel.

Anyone else tried these?
