(tubbyman)

Celt

Yep have had the same on a few different cycles mate - fcuking awful thing!

Key to orals imo is proper hydration and specifically supplementing with potassium to maintain high electrolyte level - taurine is another thing worth considering at 5g per day. In the past I have had cramps all over the body as cycles progress, shins, quads, back, pecs, neck, jaws etc. etc. Nothing stops them 100% for me, but potassium and taurine are a help.

The gooch issue subsides for me about a week - 10 days into pct

good call - it was first thing in the morning so poor hydration is likely. I've got a sack of taurine so I'll add that in and see what happens.

Re:gooch cramps on epi? (tubbyman)

 I'm in week 5 or a 6 week epi cycle 30mg a day.

It's been fine and I've made some great leaps.

One minus point is that twice now I've had excruciating cramps in my gooch directly after tasking a p1ss. It feels like its the ureter spasming....

I havnt heard of this side before and It's a bit worrying - anyone else had this?
