Luckily she can pick up agency work immediately so wont have any unemployment time.

I have seen workplace bullying and it really does p1ss me off. You are there to do a job, not to be a target for managment hostility.
Re:Work related stress (Blue_Lagoon3000)

Yeah was a joke lol saying smash em' in, but yeah go down the legal route best way.

If you don't mind me asking and don't be offended by this are you a bit soft as they usually victimize the ones that allow them to do so.

Also have you pulled anyone that the manager likes?

Im an office manager and i think think its important that the staff like you and to treat them well.
Re:Work related stress (Tonie B)

thanks guys, i have gound out that i am entitled to full pay for 2 months, i am using this time wisely to get out and find a new job .
for all that i would love to 'smash em i'n, i am going down the legal route i believe i have a case foir constructive dismissal!

T x
Re:Work related stress (Blue_Lagoon3000)

flexlikedat

sounds bad.
maybe wait for them on a dark night, seems the best way with some people.

Hey bud i think the terminology your looking for is "Smash em' in"
Re:Work related stress (flexlikedat)

 sounds bad.
maybe wait for them on a dark night, seems the best way with some people.
Re:Work related stress (monitor)

that's sounds terrible, I can't offer any advice but sincerely hope everything works out for you.
Re:Work related stress (Suspirio)

With regards to what you're entitled to be paid when off sick, it will probably depend on what your contract says.

Technically your employer should only have to pay statutory sick pay which is about £80 a week. However, if your contract says you're entitled to more, then you should get more.

Statutory Sick Pay

Re:Work related stress (967Stuart)

I would post your question on here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/
Lots of helpful stuff on there.

Work related stress (Tonie B)

 Hello all,

I have just been signed off with work related stress, due to a management restructure that has left me a position that makes it very hard for me to go back work with my new line manager.
