(iaink)</title><description>  You can bench fine on the toes if you get an nice arch set tight etc. You can get a better arch doing so and arguably get tighter from doing so. (22jasper)</title><description>  I'm only 5'4 with obviously short legs! &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  My point being that during bench press I don't seem to get a decent footing in that I cant plant my heels due to the bench height/leg length difference,i alway seem to be on tiptoes. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  This probably results in bad technique as i cant keep everything tight(arch/lats etc), this probably engages the shoulders more,which has now resulted in rotator cuff issues. I'm hoping after physio has run its course that i will be able to continue with bench, but was wondering if anyone has ideas to get a decent footing, short of cutting the legs off my bench! &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3678516</link><pubDate>Sat, 07 Nov 2009 18:23:10 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
