You just need to try a few to see what works for you mate. No xplode and SP250 would be amoung the top pre wo supps. Ive moved on to a procuct called RPM which will hopefully deliever the energy but not the crashes! A lack of fatigue during lifts, and an increased ability to focus on lifting to form with too much strain. I Took 2 scoops prior to workout (30 mins).  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;The mixability&lt;/b&gt; was fine - no real problems. I use a fork to help mix better. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Taste wise&lt;/b&gt;, it reminded me of a strong tasting orange tic-tac juice :) It was bearable. Nothing sickly at all. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  It was a bicep/tricep/forearm day - so a good day to notice anything, lifting wise. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;What I noticed straight away&lt;/b&gt; into my lifts, is I felt pretty immune to any strain or fatigue.  &lt;br&gt;  I was working through sets with a real sense of focus and control. &lt;br&gt;  Normally when I start to fatigue, the mind starts to battle with the body - to lift. &lt;br&gt;  But this just wasn't the case. There was hardly any fatigue at all.  &lt;br&gt;  This was mantained throughout the whole session really.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I was able to push myself and not get totally wiped out by fatigue or over muscle stress.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  So I did work the muscles hard yesterday. And today I'm not overly achey. &lt;br&gt;  Only in my joints can I feel a slight soreness. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I will see this product through, and will only use it on workout days. &lt;br&gt;  I think I will continue to dose 2 scoops as this seemed to be enough. &lt;br&gt;  I might try 3 scoops as a one off. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Also just to note&lt;/b&gt;, there was no crash with this product. &lt;br&gt;  With 'Jacked' I got a serious crash afterwards. Here's my first impression, but I will give another example later on in the week, as I had a wild weekend and I don't feel it's fair to judge it on a Monday while Im still recovering from Friday/Saturday. Remember I will be reviewing it again to be completely fair to the product.   &lt;br&gt;  I took 2 scoops around half an hour before I hit the gym, along with a dextrose tab. I also necked a serving of Plasmajet around 3 hours before the gym. &lt;br&gt;  My reasoning for 2 scoops being I had a lot of caffeine over the weekend. 2 scoops is my usual dose with NX aswell. I've heard of it passing straight through people (as NO Xplode can) but I held it down no problems. &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;  The tub I received was Tropical Punch after reading on here about people saying it was "surprisingly nice". I thought it tasted pretty rank. It was almost weak tasting, then with a ridiculously sweet after taste, I had to water it down considerably. N.O.-Xplodes Fruit Punch tastes way nicer. It's possibly an acquired taste. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Taste: 4/10&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;  Compared to other pre-workout products I've tried (N.O.-Xplode &amp;amp; RPM) I didn't have the antsy, jittery, nervous energy I usually have before my session starts. I did feel like I had a little something extra in the tank but it could have just been placebo. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Energy: 6/10&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;  The pump... one word, wild. I'll try it sans Plasmajet, but the two of them together was almost too much. My 2nd excercise type of the session was Arnold Presses, and I almost had to stop on my 2nd working set, the pump was slightly painful! Awesome though, just a tad uncomfortable.
