Interesting lineage, as it looks like he spent most of his time training in Japan, and has just got back. Only £6 a class, too (I wonder if prices will go up later?):

Axis Jiu Jitsu UK
The Meadows Community Centre
1 St Catharine's Road
Arbury
Cambridge
CB4 3XJ
07889164294
axisukbjj@hotmail.co.uk

Re:Brazilian Jujitsu Classes (Dazza2203)

ah will let my little bro know about that seminar i live to far away now..... yh its tsunami gym ( pro-am fight centre ) owned and ran by robbie oliver..
Re:Brazilian Jujitsu Classes (jango)

Anybody near the cambridge area with an interest in grappling should really make the effort to go to Braulios' seminar on the 28th Nov.

http://gb-cambridgeinde...com/2009/11/loading.html
Re:Brazilian Jujitsu Classes (dirtyvest)

Ah, is that what they called it then.... For the bodybuilders on here, you might find this blog interesting: she's a pro bodybuilder and powerlifter who also trains in BJJ.

Re:Brazilian Jujitsu Classes (Suspirio)

 HAHA Ouch!

I feel guilty now. It's going pretty good: I have a meeting with my PhD supervisor next Monday to go through one of the chapters. Although that particular one is on Julia Darling, a poet who died of breast cancer, but released several poetry collections on the topic before passing away. So, no sexual health in that one (well, aside from the odd mention of poetry on AIDS, as a comparison).

Re:Brazilian Jujitsu Classes (Suspirio)

 Welcome to MT Slideyfoot.

Your BJJ musings are most illuminating.
