Largely I put this down to diet rather than the M1T. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  With M-drol I gained steadily 2lbs every two days. Previously I used the sw pharmatex M1T and gained over half a stone in a month without a proper diet (lot's of bad side affects rage, acne etc have had none of this with stealth labs version) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  advice and assistance requested. Should I up the dosage/ run the cycle for longer say 4 weeks instead of two? &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Diet is as follows  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  breakfast 4 eggs &lt;br&gt;  2 slices of toast &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp;when I get to work-bagal with peanut butter &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  AM break cottage cheese &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  lunch&amp;nbsp; sandwich couple of pieces of fruit &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  PM Break protein flap jack generous size &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Get home-&amp;nbsp; protein flapjack &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Post training weightgain shake &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  evening meal  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3686121</link><pubDate>Thu, 12 Nov 2009 20:28:58 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
