When you first start training things move quickly, they will, and do slow over time.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The trick is to learn your body so as to overcome these obstacles. I take Whey and Mono. I have been putting on decent gains over the last few months but its starting to slow, Im really intreased in doing a D-Bol only cycle in a while.... Is this madnesss at my age, I know my plates could stop growing but i dont think there growing anymore ha ha...   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The gains outweight the risks ??? Do you agree ???  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  My friend is 18 and went from my size (when i started) under 11 stone, to 17 stone.
