(newbie4172)</title><description>  Hi guys some advice please. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      I weigh 14 st 8 lbs and i'm looking to build some lean muscle while stripping some fat off here is my diet &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      Breakfast - 4 whole eggs, scrabbled + 2 slices of seeded batch bread &lt;br&gt;      mid morning - protrin shake &lt;br&gt;      lunch - tuna or chicken salad, &amp;nbsp;pitta bread an a low fat yoghurt  &lt;br&gt;      mid afternoon - protein shake &lt;br&gt;      evening meal - chicken or fish or steak with either rice or baked potatoe plus veg &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      Pre workout is a banana, black coffee and a pro shot (ready to drink protein) &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      If i need to snack i usually have some wallnuts + brazil nuts or a cereal bar or fruit &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      I worked out i'm consuming around 2000 calories, 190g of protein, 160g of carbs 75g of fat. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      Is this any good? should i drop something or add something?
