With some dbol for the first 2 weeks to kick start it. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The dbol just swelled me up like mad and gave me such bad cramps that I could hardly train, so i stopped the dbol. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  The test e was awesome though. I had mega amounts of extra energy and power in the gym. I continued to gain right up until I started PCT. I had dieted down from being an overweight slob to about 6% bf and had trained like a madman. When I ran that SD cycle I put on 16lbs and kept 14lbs in weight. I know that it wasnt all muscle and knowing what I know now I'd probably insist that maybe only a few lbs was muscle. Since then I've moved on to injectables etc. Never have I gained like I did on that first SD cycle. I guess muscle memory played a big role. But bottom line is I'm telling the truth. &lt;br&gt;  This was about 4 years ago.
