Yep Cell Mass post and Nitrix throughout the day of which some should fall pre or post workout dependant on when you train.

With Cell Mass being flavoured you'll probably want to take this separately from your shake

Take cellmass directly after your workout on an empty stomach.
The nitrix can be taken throughout the day, i beleive the standard dosage is 9 per day so 3 tablets 3 times daily. As said above read the box it will give the reccomended dosage.
