(iaink)</title><description>  Whilst small bys diet&amp;nbsp;isn't to healthy (1 portion of fruit and veg definatly in there; 2nd is optional&amp;nbsp;lol)&amp;nbsp;it will still do the job in terms of adding mass and muscle (given right kcals and macros for an individual) even if it not something a professional would recomend, nor I.  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      Loz gave some good suggestions how to clean it up.  &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;      Les also gave the right hint for what to do at your weight... eat a lot!
