I was wondering how good/bad chicken sausages are with regards to eating clean. I visit the local butchers twice a week to get me chicken/steak, but spotted some chicken sausages the other day and thought id give them a go.

Being from the butchers its going to be pretty decent produce and have less of the nasty stuff you find in most sausages at the supermarket, was wondering your thoughts on them?

Eating maybe two a day with some veg, normally my fourth meal at about half 4ish.

cheers guys and gals!
Thanks
