Cant make you lungs any bigger can you. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  2. Tested sport would mean you shouldnt be using gear. Generally (and I have found this), you are stronger when at higher levels of fat and can feel a bit lethargic at low levels of fat. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  3. lose 20lbs and gain it back in muscle when near the top of the "training ladder"?
