(LEGEND)

 Hi,

It looks good, obviously we don't know how much priority you give to muscle, if you want to keep as much as you can and don't like the 'endurance' type look it might be worth adding a protein shake on top of your banana at mid morning and doing H.I.I.T using sprints and stair running, will do nicely burning fat whilst adding muscle. If it is a case of just losing weight in total than everything looks good. I would recommend in writing all your food and excersise in a journal to keep motivated. Good luck

Re:Can anyone help critique my diet/exercise? (sappleton)

I don't know how long the run is yet as I haven't yet started it.

I do tend to prefer running faster for a shorter run

What would you suggest considering it would be 7 days a week?
Re:Can anyone help critique my diet/exercise? (James)

How long is your run? It will need to be over 30 mins for a good amount of fat loss.

The structure there looks ok, but it will depend on the portion sizes
Can anyone help critique my diet/exercise?
