(rokkus3)

 @mark

dude, i wouldn't worry about slightly puffy nips unless you have lumps forming, especially if your lass doesn't notice anything.

a way to reassure yourself is to do a few sets of push-ups, enough to get a chest pump. work it from all angles ie feet elevated, different hand positions, really get your chest pumped. have a good flex and check yourself out in the mirror. i'm certain your 'gyno' will have gone away.

if you're carrying a little bodyfat like me you are bound to have a bit of 'fluff' around your nipples. after a chest session and for a few days after my nips look fine, getting to the end of the week i notice more 'fluff'.

try what i said and fingers crossed you'll get a little reassurance that it's not gyno. as over the last 10 months, if you were getting gyno you probably would have a much more pronounced case of it by now and not nailing it sooner. i don't think taking an ai would do anything even if it was but if it makes you feel better go for it!
Re:OTC supps to help with puffy nipps? Letro I think will be your only option.

Tbh your just going to have to come to terms with them. Mine are exactly the same. Most people have a slight bit of gyno even those who haven't used AAS or DS's. You have to rememeber it is only noticable to you.

I've never run a cycle and I get it, some days its better than others but it really bothers me. (Dav)

 Well the Nolvedex XT has had some good reports, who knows, me I would be concerned taking too many OTC "meds" one after the other.I fyou haven't got any hard tissue under the nipples I would personally try ATD at 50mg for a week or 2 (take it with a tablespoon of olive oil as this is supposed to improve absorption) then taper off to 1 cap over a week or so. Have a rest and then perhaps try the Nolvedex, this is only my non qualified opinion of course.

Re:OTC supps to help with puffy nipps? Doesn't Nolvedex XT have a "secret" propriotary blend or something in it. Anyway some have used to some success, I am also aware that round where I am according to a friend who is very knowledgeable it has gained quite a following as many of his "clients" are using it rather than some "real" meds for Estrogen control/drying out purposes??

Re:OTC supps to help with puffy nipps?
