(Drop_Set)

i go 6 form as well mate, thankfully i'm a huge eater so i'm growing pretty fast.
each night i always cook chicken, and do a bowl of pasta and stick em in tupaware boxes and bring my protein powder with me every day as well.
do you like eggs? do some boiled eggs the night before and bring them with you.
i agree with natthebeast reguarding the protein bars as well if i get sick of chicken some days i make a load of protein bars the night before to snak on throughout the day.

if you wanna get big, you gotta eat big.
Re:Need help getting my diet right! (OverkillGB)

I'll buy some protein flapjacks, and sandwiches there more practical. How many carbs/calories do I need to be taking in a day alongside my gram of protein per pound of body weight? I'm bulking but I want to emphasize my abdominals and not gain body fat.

Thanks man.
Re:Need help getting my diet right! (naththebeast)

Just cook up some chicken/turkey etc etc make a large salad and some rice/pasta or whatever, each day put some in a tupaware dish and take with you in your bag and eat when neccesary.

If that isnt too appealing then can always look at protein flapjacks (buy or make your own) buy some ready cooked chicken from local supermarkets or a nutritious sandwhich such as chicken salad rather than spending the money on biscuits etc
Need help getting my diet right! (OverkillGB)

At the moment I am attending sixth form 5 times a week (like school but with lots of free lessons) the bottom line, when I'm at school I drink and eat practically nothing throughout the day, and if I do eat its usually something like a biscuit, cake various other things (crap). I'm training on mondays, wednesdays and sundays for about an hour and a half. I take two protein shakes everyday on non-workout days (one in morning and one in evening.) and working out days i take them 30mins pre and post to working out.

I take maltodextrin in my shakes aswell but I still don't think i'm getting the right balance of foods, I eat way too much sugars and fats but there simply is no other alternative to satisfy my food cravings! I also don't eat a very good lunch (12 - 1pm) meal. I need some idea's for snacks and some beneficial foods that I can eat throughout the days.

Thankyou. :)
