Got some dragon SD though and most people dont seem to of put any water on with it so excited to run that in the future.

just thinking actually 100-130 carbs a day not that 'low' :) maybe I should cut out the rice???????

Depending on the person, theoretically you can get into keto eating 75-100g carbs. But if keto is your intention then it would be far better to aim for less carbs than more, because veg and carbs from whey and things like that all add up. If you are going to cut out those carbs, I would also up fat intake.

wasn't aiming for keto ck just a lowish carb count for a few weeks then maybe cut them altogether after say 6wks or so or whenever fat loss slows which it would i imagine.

I was gna say get rid of the rice and cous cous and have extra veg

maz I would love to eat more veg but I genuinely don't like it, of coarse I could probably eat it all smothered in some type of sauce lol but that would obviously mean extra carbs from the sauces lol just out of interest what other veg should I add?? without sauces I can always eat, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, onions, lettuce and tomato that's about it, forget broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower  spinach and the like just can't stomach them........

Id eat as much as the veg u can stand to eat above!!!
below is a really good cutting diet i put together and went from 16%bf to 10% in 1 n half months.
recipie for the protein cakes is on that thread too.
If you dont want the cauliflower pizza then have chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes instead.

The 'carb hungry' thing is bollocks, or if it's not bollocks it certainly doesn't apply if you're doing a low carb diet because the whole point of a low carb diet is that your body ceases to use gylcogen for energy when it goes into ketosis.

Anyway regardless of whether the above analysis is correct or not, I have just finished 3 weeks of SD while cutting and I got on absolutely fine. Felt far better on it this time than when I was bulking with it.

How did you get on mate? Any sides? How was strength and weight results?

anybody been game enough to give this a blast??? I'm fooking tempted lol

I know everybody says sd is 'carb hungry n sh1t' but is it really???? There's plenty of people (mainly american forums granted) that have run sd, dbol and test cycles on a keto diet so surely if your eating enough protein couldn't decent gains be achieved??

I'm currently trying to lose alot of fat gained over the past 6mths due to not training, would running a lose dose of say 10mg -15mg a day for 3wks help me harden up abit while losing the fat??? I haven't lost that much muscle mass due to my injury just put on the fat around the stomach and chest (moobs r' us) lol just to note, I've used sd in the past and know the drill with regards to supps, diet and pct... and when I say on a low carb diet I mean on 80-100grms of complex carbs a day.

any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Don't be a dope, just put some effort in at the gym, stay away from Krispy Kreme and give it a few months. THEN when you have abs back, think about using SD. Half of the trick with PH use is starting at the right time, it's blazingly obvious that coming off a 6-month break and being a fat knacker is NOT the right time.
