The following terms & conditions govern all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
Out of Stock
From time to time we experience a shortage of a particular product you have ordered, in which case we will contact you with alternative flavours, colours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you; if this is unacceptable we refund your card within 3 working days and will send you an email to confirm cancellation of the order.
We do not accept card payments from a number of countries outside the EU, USA and Canada due to trading or banking restrictions either in that particular country or best banking practices between a given country and the United Kingdom. In this instant we will email you and refer you to our bank details, so you can pay by BACS or Electronic Transfer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a full money back guarantee on all products at the MuscleTalk Shop.
Should you not require any product for any reason, then return it to us* and we will refund the amount you paid for the item in full. For clothing and accessories, if you wish to swap the colour/size/style we will do so only if the labels are still attached to the goods and their packaging is undamaged; or, if you simply do not like the item, we will process a refund. For supplements, we will refund in full if you return the item(s)* and there is at least 75% of the contents remaining.
If your order is returned to Energy Active Ltd due to failure on your behalf to sign or collect the package from our courier's depot, we will contact you to see if you would like us to re-send it. If you wish us to re-send, a surcharge of 10% will be incurred (minimum of £5), to cover additional transport. If we are unable to contact you, we will hold your items for three months, at which point we will dispose of your goods if we have not heard from you and no refund will be given.
If you have ordered items and they are damaged on arrival we can only exchange them if the consignment has been opened in front of the courier driver and s/he has been made aware of any problem/damages; we can not accept any liability for damages discovered after this time. Energy Active Ltd does not accept liability for damage in transit or at the delivery destination; any exchanges we make are as an act of goodwill and in an attempt to prove our level of commitment to our clients. Please open deliveries with the courier driver present so s/he can witness any damage which may have occurred in transit.
