as some of you may know, i've been using a terrible routine for the last few months because i can't use much equiptment so i've just been making the most of what I have.

OK i've been working out for 6 months with one month out of that with not training due to an injury.
I keep looking back at photos of the day i started.. and i can see that i have progressed, but, after taking photos every month on the same date, i
