Very happy with sess today. Start of 3rd week back training squat and deadlift since an injury in May.
Starting to come on nicely atm so thought I'd share.

I have started up another fed, I mean 'thread', directly following on from the discussion on the BPC thread. That thread was about BPC results, and I think we answered the OPs question and should leave the off tangent discussion as it is there.
