Good day at the weekend. Bench and deadlift pbs and a total pb @90kg BDFPA. Weighed in at 88.7kg IIRC.

Finally nailed another landmark type lift with a 600lbsx2 deadlift. Feeling good.
Also in the session equaled a gym squat pb (alot less than my meet pb), and set a new gym total pb (655kg). It was also the first time I have squated 500lbs or m

Very happy today. I still feel the squats need a little tidying up. However solid 4RM and then (after a short rest benching) did the best 3 rep sets of deads I have done before. Very good day at the off

Very happy today with a PB total at my divisional
Went 245/150/270 for a 665kg total @93kg (weighed in light at 89kg). PB by 15kg.
660kg was my goal for last year. So was a month late, but at least added another 5kg on to that.
