Guys still can see abbs when tensed etc but the love handle area is getting a bit loose. Would you cut or carry on lean bulking? I'm 5ft 9 and 97kgs..
Guys have a DL comp coming up and we get 3 lifts each.
my pb 260kg, how would you work that into the 3 lifts?
Was deadlifting today and failed on 260kg as my grip went. Dropped to 250kg and managed to lock out but afterwards could feel at little strain in my right bicep. Feels like DOMS.
I was using a mixed grip and have heard some nasty stories about bicep tears!
Any one else had similar?

I've been deadlifting with straps for ages and recently agreed to a deadlift comp where straps aren't allowed.
To improve my lazy grip will deadlifting with a thicker bar help? My thinking is when its comp time the normal Olympic bars will feel so much easier enabling me to lift more weight?
