tranning for years now, and diet is nailed getting but went as far as i could i think with just diets. so about two years ago tried a cycle of oral T-bol and was very happy with the results, and no side effects so have done another 2 since then.

im looking for what others have found best to bring the full abdominal muscules out. my abbs defined nicely due to low body fat and a variation of ab excersizes.
