Any ideas using foods such as chicken, salmon turkey etc? looking at recipes with loads of ingredients is just off putting, so would prefer recipes using a 5/6 ingredient's or less if anyone has any, would be appreciated to make food more interesting ins

I follow ian mccarthy (liftingforlife), bios3 training, icecreamfitness atm, haven't watched too many vids on the two latter as yet. Any other suggestions would be great :) i'm mostly interested in people who make a videos on eg post wo, pre wo nutrition

Got AVG anti virus free edition atm, doesn't seem to be doing the job as got alot of junk popping up and already got pop up blocker i think, so anyone recommend any good free anti virus software?
